These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flux iOS application and website at fluxios.xyz. By using Flux, you agree to these Terms.
The app
Flux is a personal productivity app that unifies todos and scheduling. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Accounts
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and for activity under your Flux account.
Flux Pro subscriptions
Flux Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple’s App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your Apple ID account settings control renewal, cancellation, and refunds
- Free trials or promotional pricing, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
Pricing and available plans are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Flux, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create in Flux. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, sync, and display your content solely to provide the service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Apple’s standard EULA
In addition to these Terms, your use of Flux is subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s EULA regarding the App Store distribution of Flux, Apple’s EULA controls for App Store-related matters.
Disclaimers
Flux is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flux.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
